At Machines // Specht, we stand by the precision and quality of our home machinery; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the machine you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Machine

  Carefully repack the item in its original internal padding and box, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the crate or box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the machine's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
